ABOUT THIS ISSUE'S COVER - The Sunshine Festival is now another memory as this October issue hits the streets. Once again the Chamber of Commerce would like to thank everyone for making it another success. This is the oldest and largest festival in our area. It is good to see the Louisiana State Fairgrounds return to its glory days as it served as the location of so many state fairs in the past. The smiles on the children s faces remain the same with their enjoyment of the carnival rides. Our attitude is gratitude as our festival season comes to an end and we look forward to a prosperous holiday season. Please remember to shop Chamber members first. more
