 Elray Kocke Service, Inc. recently held their annual Bostitch SWAT event. The event offers customers the opportunity to have Bostitch tools serviced or repaired and trade-in old Bostitch tools for new ones. The new tools could be purchased at discount prices. All in all the event is a way to give back to customers and show appreciation for their business. Kocke’s also repairs Bostitch tools throughout the year, not just for the event.
  
image Becky Katz and Raymond Aucoin are pictured with Sean LeBlanc, Area Director for USDA, Rural Development in the State of Louisiana. As Area Director, Mr. LeBlanc oversees the administration and delivery of USDA, Rural Development programs in a 21 parish area from the Amite Area Office. He recently served as the USDA Louisiana Coordinator to assist in the development of Agency’s Long-Term Recovery Plan following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The Chamber loan program is administered through USDA.  
image Diane Weil and Geraldine LeBeouf held a voter’s registration drive at different locations in town. The pair set up shop in Louisiana Square under the shade of the oak trees. Everyone is encouraged to register to vote.
