The Donaldsonville Area Chamber of Commerce will host the second annual Art, Antiques and Authors April 5th and 6th. The ASHA Museum will be filled with antique dealers, author readings and book signings, food, music and more.

Activities will also be held in Crescent Park in conjunction with the Farmer’s Market. Authentic Cajun and clog dancing, a children’s petting zoo, a dog show and enchanting dulcimer music will entertain the crowds beginning at 9:00 AM Saturday morning.

On Sunday events begin at 10:00AM with a politicians’ cook-off, followed by a children’s treasure hunt at Louisiana Square, a demonstration of Civil War fire power, and live music throughout the day.
